How Quickly Will You Be Here After I Book an Appointment?
We provide an accurate time estimate at the time of booking. If booking for a future date, we will confirm the appointment the day prior.
What Types of Furnaces Can You Service?
Our HVAC technicians are experienced with nearly any residential furnace sold in Alberta since the 1950s and onward. So long as replacement parts are available when needed, we can service nearly any type of forced-air furnace.
Fun fact: the oldest furnace we’ve ever successfully repaired was from 1912!
What Are Your Warranties On Furnace Repairs And New Furnace Installations?
An investment in your furnace should be made with peace of mind. AKA, we’ve got your back!
Furnace Repairs
We use high-quality OEM or OEM-equivalent parts (when OEM is not possible) and provide a 1-year warranty on parts and labour. If our repair fails, we’ll be back to fix it at no-charge.
New Furnace Installations
We back our furnace installations with a 1-year labour warranty, and the Bryant furnace itself has a general 10-year parts warranty (and 20-years on the heat exchanger). Bryant’s generous warranty is part of why we like them so much.
Is There a Call-Out Fee?
The first hour is $150 and is applied toward the cost of any repair or installation work that is needed. This fee includes our time/materials to come and troubleshoot the issue.
What Type of Replacement Parts Do You Use?
Not all furnace repairs are equal, and a big part of what differentiates them is the quality of replacement parts used. Where possible, we use OEM replacement parts. If your furnace is under 25 years old, parts availability generally isn’t a problem.
Where an OEM part cannot be sourced, we will use the best-quality OEM-equivalent part we can find.
